General Conditions of Use

What's going on there after my order?

After ordering the products you are interested:
- We will send you a confirmation email to tell you that your order has been taken into account.
- If you do not mail within 48 hours after your order, please contact us to verify that your order has been registered.

When you contact us, thank you for you to provide your name, order number and date.

What are the deadlines?

Your order is processed from Thailand to provide you the best rates, the average time is 7 to 15. If the order does not arrive within 20 working days, thank you to contact us before you contact Paypal.

What payment methods can I use?

 - Paypal, which is the best way to pay online and very secure
 - Cheques not accepted.

I want to cancel my order::

To cancel your order, the following conditions must be met:
- The article should in no way be already part of our warehouses.
- The application must be made within 12 hours after ordering.

I have not received my package:

If delivery times are exceeded and you have not received your package, please contact us by providing your name, email address and your Paypal order number.
An investigation will be conducted, if it leads to the loss of the package, you can get a refund or new item. People who contact us after 90 days from the date of order, will have their applications rejected.

Finally, we can not be held responsible for any problems with the customs of your country.
